Job Descriptions

I. Objectives of the Role

  1. Collaborate with the MD in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs. In addition, Providing strategic recommendations to the MD/COO and members of the executive management team
  2. Providing leadership, direction and management of the sales and marketing team.
  3. Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
  4. Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning
  5. Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
  6. Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met
  7. Ensure effective recruiting, on-boarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
  8. Adhere to company, federal, state, and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and taking action when necessary
  9. Any additional duties/responsibilities assigned by immediate superior

Job Requirements

II.         Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement
  • Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the MD/COO
  • Directly oversee operations, sales, marketing, HR and accounting, and partner with the MD/COO on sales management to budget for sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets over the near term
  • Aggressively manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves investor targets relative to growth and profitability
  • Establish sales objectives by allocating right monthly sales target aligned to Yearly sales target of the company
  • Maintain sales volume, product line up, inventory management and overview Sales & Marketing department.
  • Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
  • Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Directly monitor the financial aspect of the company in terms of Balance sheet and P/L.

III    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required (Qualification):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in sales, marketing or  leadership position
  • Experience setting sales goals
  • Good understanding of Financial and Accounting issues
  • Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
  • Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
  • A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
  • Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
  • Age between 25 - 35 year-old
