Job Description
• To appropriate staffing and prepare staff weekly/monthly roster;
• To enforcing compliance with food safety, security policy, operation and procedure relating to all restaurant activities across shifts;
• To manage administrating all paper work in a timely manner;
• To analyzing profit and loss statements and in meeting established sales plan for unit;
• To ensure product processes and policies are trained;
• Motivates and directs team member and shift coordinators to exceed guest expectation with friendly and speed of service in clean surroundings;
• To maintains and records accurate inventory;
• Prompt and regular attendance for assigned shift, meeting and training;
• Open and close the restaurant on time.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Overseeing general cleanliness of dining room and customer facing areas.
• Maintaining and rotating inventory and stock.
• Serving food and beverages to customers
• Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to.
• Provide a superior and memorable experience for all guests;
• Create an environment where team members are engaged in doing their jobs and encouraged to grow while delivering exceptional service;
• Performs other duties as assigned by top management.
