CLICKJOBS SITE SECURITY RULES

Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of any FirstHR website, including, without limitation,

accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorized to access, attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization,

attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to any FirstHR Site, overloading, "flooding", "spamming", "mail bombing" or "crashing",

sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services, or

forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. The Company will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.

REGISTRATION AND PASSWORD

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by You. You agree to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your registration or password by using Report Spam form or contact our team.

DISPLAY OF RESUME

FirstHR.biz offers no guarantee or warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all once the resume is put on display.

FirstHR.biz neither guarantees nor offers any warranty about the credentials of the prospective employer/organization which down loads the information and uses it to contact the prospective employee / visitor / user / subscriber.

FirstHR.biz would not be held liable for loss of any data technical or otherwise, and particulars supplied by subscribers due to reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond FirstHR.biz’s reasonable control including but not limited to strikes, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities.

It shall be the sole prerogative and responsibility of the individual to check the authenticity of all or any response received pursuant to the resume being displayed by FirstHR.biz for going out of station or in station for any job / interview and FirstHR.biz assumes no responsibility in respect thereof.

The Courts at Cambodia shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.

FirstHR.biz reserves its right to reject any insertion or information/data provided by the subscriber and company without assigning any reason either before uploading or after uploading the vacancy details, but in such an eventuality, any amount so paid for, shall be refunded to the subscriber on a pro-rata basis at the sole discretion of FirstHR.biz.

FirstHR will commence providing services only upon receipt of amount/charges upfront either from subscriber or from a third party on behalf of the subscriber.

This subscription is not transferable i.e. it is for the same person throughout the period of subscription.

FirstHR.biz has the right to make all such modifications/editing of resume in order to fit the resume in its database.

The subscriber shall be assigned password (s) by FirstHR.biz to enable the subscriber to access all the information received through its site FirstHR.biz, but the sole responsibility of the safe custody of the password shall be that of the subscriber and FirstHR.biz shall not be responsible for data loss/theft or data/corruption or the wrong usage/misuse of the password and any damage or leak of information and its consequential usage by a third party. FirstHR.biz undertakes to take all reasonable precautions at its end to ensure that there is no leakage/misuse of the password granted to the subscriber.

The subscriber undertakes that the data/information provided by him is true and correct in all respects.

ROLE OF FIRSTHR.BIZ

FirstHR.biz is only an online venue or platform. This Web Site acts as a venue for employers to post job opportunities and candidates to post resumes and does not screen or censor the listings vacancies. The FirstHR is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. As a result, the FirstHR has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings. In addition, note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretences. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom You come in contact through the Web Site and/or the other FirstHR.biz

Because user authentication on the Internet is difficult, the Company cannot and does not confirm that each user is who they claim to be. Because we do not and cannot be involved in user-to-user dealings or control the behavior of participants on any FirstHR.biz, in the event that You have a dispute with one or more users, You release the Company (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

We are under no legal obligation to, and generally do not, control the information provided by other users, which is made available through the Web Site and/or the other FirstHR.biz By its very nature, other people's information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases will be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. We expect that You will use caution and common sense when using this Web Site and/or the other FirstHR.biz

FirstHR makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any FirstHR Site or the Web Site Content. Employers are solely responsible for their postings on FirstHR.biz. The Company is not to be considered to be an employer with respect to your use of any FirstHR Site and the Company shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason made, made by any entity posting jobs on any FirstHR site.

POLICIES AND PRICING

Employers as well as Resume Owners that Register at our site, shall be deemed to be customers of FirstHR.biz. Accordingly, all of our Terms of Use, rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customers, our services, and our pricing shall apply to those customers based their subscription plan . We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time and without any notice to customers. For example, we, in our sole discretion, shall determine the prices set in package description to be charged for Resume downloads and job posting in accordance with our own pricing policies.

PAYOUT DETERMINATION & RULES

There can only be one "Qualifying Download" of Contact Information for each Resume downloaded by each Employer. In other words, the same Employer repeatedly downloading the contact information of the same Resume will NOT result in additional Qualifying Downloads. However, the same Resume can be downloaded by multiple Employers, with each Employer's download resulting in a separate Qualifying Download. Final determination of whether each Resume download is considered a "Qualifying Download" is at sole discretion of FirstHR.biz

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THIS SITE IS PROVIDED BY FIRSTHR.biz ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. FIRST HR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THIS SITE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
